Mixed Greens with roasted pumpkin, apples, candied walnuts and goat cheese with a
honey vinaigrette

Green Leaf with chopped egg, red onion, bacon & parmesan in a creamy garlic dressing

Pan Seared Chicken Breast with roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted root vegetables, and a black-garlic-shitake mushroom sauce

Grilled Eggplant Napoleon with spinach, grilled tomatoes, basil, roasted red pepper coulis and mozzarella

Italian Stallion - Red sauce base with Italian sausage, red peppers, parmesan and ricotta cheeses

finished with oregano

It's A Little Cheesy - Red sauce base with cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses and spinach

6oz All natural* growth hormone free, choice black angus beef with cheddar,

lettuce, tomato, & onion

The Jalbert*- Burger with bacon, bleu cheese, mushrooms, Dijon - BBQ sauce

The Demon* - Burger with roasted red peppers, cheddar cheese, and topped with an onion ring

The Smoke Show*- Burger with bacon, mushrooms & smoked gouda sauce

The Westbrook*- Burger with bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar & Presumpscot River sauce

               Grilled Chicken Sandwich - grilled breast, cheddar, bacon, and herb aioli

Fried Haddock Sandwich- coleslaw, pickles, lettuce, tomato & tartar sauce

All burgers and sandwiches are served with a choice of onion rings, fries or garden salad.

 

All food is made from scratch, to order and will take at least 30 minutes.
