Soup of the Night - Our chef's nightly creations

Seafood Chowder ~ House-made with bacon, haddock, shrimp, and mussels


Mixed Greens with mandarins, pistachios, goat cheese, grilled onions, with a basil dressing

Green Leaf with egg, red onion, bacon and parmesan in a creamy garlic dressing


Add Shrimp - Grilled Chicken  - Grilled Steak - Seared Salmon

Assorted Cheese Plate featuring three cheeses, toast points, pickled items, compotes, mustards, and egg

Burnt Bacon Ends - Pork belly smoked, braised then glazed in a tequila-lime glaze
Prince Edward Island Mussels —with garlic, tasso and fresh herbs in a cajun sauce* 
Bruschetta of Rare Tuna - avocado, cucumber, sesame carrots & lime dressing 

~Chicken Wings~

Mix and Match - BBQ, Fiery Tangerine, Dry Rub or Ninja Sauce 

Choice of bleu cheese or garlic aioli

Fried Haddock served with house chips, coleslaw, and tartar sauce
Seared Pepper Crusted Beef Fillets with spinach, mashed potatoes, with a mushroom 
        brandy peppercorn sauce 
Pan Seared Salmon with herb rice, watercress with a pineapple - ginger glaze

Statler Chicken Breast seared on a bed of mushrooms, zucchini, potato, red pepper and garlic sauce
Angle Hair Pasta- tossed with basil, mushrooms, peas, parmesan and creme friache

Bacon Got Better- Garlic and olive oil base, with bacon, brie, caramelized onions, and hot honey drizzle

Adonis - Eggplant, Red Sauce base with spinach, ricotta, pepperoni, and crushed red pepper

The Oahu - Smoked chicken, pineapple, red pepper, red onion, mozzarella, and bbq drizzle

My Italian Fantasy - Red sauce base with sweet sausage, mushrooms, carmelized onions,

roasted red peppers, and parmesan cheese

It's a Little Cheesy - Red sauce base with cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, and spinach

Veg Head -  Charred tomatoes, grilled eggplant, spinach, mozzarella, and balsamic drizzle

~The F & T Burger~

6oz All natural* growth hormone free, choice black angus beef with cheddar,

lettuce, tomato, & onion

Add mushroom, eggs, or house made bacon


~Our Specialty Burgers & Sandwiches~

The Jalbert*- Burger with bacon, bleu cheese, mushrooms, Dijon - BBQ sauce

The Demon* - Burger with roasted red peppers, cheddar cheese, and topped with an onion ring

The Appelation*- Burger with bacon, swiss, grilled onions and a porcine mushroom mayo

The Westbrook*- Burger with bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar & Presumpscot River sauce

Fried and Crispy - Pickle brined chicken, deep fried and topped with honey-mustard sauce

Fried Haddock Sandwich- coleslaw, pickles, lettuce, tomato & tartar sauce

          Grilled Chicken Sandwich - grilled breast, cheddar, bacon, and herb aioli

All burgers and sandwiches are served with a choice of onion rings, fries or garden salad.


All food is made from scratch, to order and will take at least 30 minutes.
