Steak & Cheese Benedict- steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms and cheddar


The Jimmy Benedict- bacon, caramelized onions, scallions and brie


The Franco-American – crèton, spinach, caramelized onion


The GIP- steak, cheddar, bacon, caramelized onions topped with a horseradish cream sauce


Omelets & Scrambles:

Served with home fries, greens and choice of toast, english muffin or croissant

Any four of the following ingredients: roasted chicken, bacon, ham, sausage, salmon, scallions, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, grilled plum tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, brie, cheddar or goat cheese
