Petite Filet of beef with roast garlic mashed potatoes, spinach and red wine reduction sauce

Pan Sear salmon with teriyaki glassed , with herbed rice and crispy brussels sprouts

Potato Gnocchi with a sections of grilled vegetable and a light basil cream sauce with fresh parm and garlic crostini

Grilled Lamb Chops, with duchess potato, sautéed spinach and mustard sauce finished with green apple compote

Braised leg and thigh of chicken server in rich stew of mushrooms, carrots, brussels spout and garlic. Served with a house made biscuit
